Performance Coaching is designed for athletes—especially triathletes—who want to be coached year-round. It’s for those who want accountability, consistency, and progress without having to manage training decisions themselves. This is an ongoing partnership where the coach handles structure, adjustments, and planning, while training adapts to real life without losing direction. As races occur throughout the season, training naturally includes builds, peaks, tapers, and recovery, all within the context of long-term development. Performance Coaching removes guesswork and provides steady, sustainable progress without anchoring training to a single event.
Race-Specific Coaching - Precision Preparation for Your Priority Race
Race-Specific Coaching is a focused engagement built around one clearly defined priority race. The race becomes the organizing principle for all training, recovery, fueling, and preparation decisions. This model ensures every controllable variable is addressed with intention. Preparation is guided by deep personalization, including a complete metabolic performance assessment that informs individualized training zones, pacing, and race fueling based on your actual physiology. This is designed for athletes stepping up in distance, targeting competitive performance or qualification standards, or preparing for a race where execution truly matters. You execute the work.
